SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing
Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (CST) Monday to Friday.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It will then take 1-3 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel.
We ship from Monday to Friday without interruption, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive shipping information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery time
We currently ship to addresses throughout the United States with standard delivery times of 7-15 days.
We always try to ensure that delivery times are strictly adhered to, but there are situations beyond our control such as bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen factors that may cause delays. In such cases, we encourage you to allow a few extra days for your order to reach you. If there are any issues with delivery, we will notify you immediately via email.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States.
If you would like to place an order with us but you are not located in this area. Please contact our customer service staff and if we can ship to your location, we will assist.
Shipping fee
Cronaa’s standard shipping cost for each order is $6.99
Your order will be delivered to the address provided in the shipping confirmation email you received. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an updated order confirmation email with an updated shipping address if you need to make a change. The cost of redelivery will depend on the location of the new shipping address.
The customer must pay Cronaa any additional charges incurred for missing the original delivery date and requesting a redelivery before a new delivery date can be arranged.
Shipping method
All domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS, although we occasionally use other carriers depending on availability, destination, and rates.
As the products are ordered from the same manufacturer, if you would like to request your product to be expedited to arrive sooner, please contact us for assistance.
Delivery issues
Cronaa is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
In the unfortunate event that your package has not been received after delivery confirmation, please contact your local shipping carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print out is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout. You are the one responsible for putting in your correct address. If you put the wrong address it is not our responsibility.
Taxes and Duties
If you live outside the United States, please note that your country’s Taxes and Duties are not included and you may be required to pay Taxes and Duties upon receipt of your shipment from us. (check your local rates for details).
