RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Return within 30 days
At Cronaa, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are happy to accept returns of saleable goods for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:
– Cronaa is happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
– All returned products must be unused, undamaged with original labels and tags still attached and packaged in the original packaging to ensure a refund.
– “Final sale” items cannot be returned.
– Cronaa reserves the right to determine whether or not returned merchandise is in saleable.
How to return
To initiate a return, please contact customer support via email: [email protected] with your order number.
Once we receive your return notification, we will send you an email with packing instructions and how to return the item.
Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by you, unless it is a mistake on our part.
General return/exchange disclaimer
All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included to qualify for a credit. Please understand that we reserve the right to decline a refund if the return does not comply with this policy. Cronaa is not responsible for packages lost during the return or exchange process. All credit refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used.
Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will review it and let you know if your order is eligible for a refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed from the time we receive it.
Please note that refunds do not include the original shipping charges.
Credit for the items you returned will be refunded to your account in the same form of payment you received.

Cancel/edit an order
To cancel or edit an order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order so we can attempt to stop the order before shipping. Please provide your order number for faster assistance.
